Is the Free plan truly free?

Yes. Free is $0 and does not require a card. It includes the full course path, saved progress, missions, quizzes, repair practice, and 25 coach credits each month.

What does Pro include?

Pro includes everything in Free, plus 500 coach credits each month for more guided chat, feedback, spoken replies, audio, and live voice practice. It is for learners who want much more room to practice and retry.

Do you bill monthly or annually?

Pro is billed monthly at $12/month. The Free plan stays free. There is no annual plan shown right now.

Can I cancel Pro anytime?

Yes. You can change, downgrade, or cancel from your account. If you cancel Pro, you will not be billed again for the next cycle.

If I cancel Pro, does it end immediately?

No. Pro is scheduled to end at the close of your current billing period, so you can keep using Pro features until then.

I noticed a mistake in the course. Who do I contact?

Email support with the lesson, quiz, prompt, or coach response details. Screenshots or exact wording help us review the issue and improve the learning experience.

Why use Hola Clarita instead of another language app?

Hola Clarita is built around using Spanish, not just recognizing answers. The core loop is Learn, Try, Fix, and Use: you learn a small skill, try producing Spanish, get useful corrections, then practice it in realistic situations.
