Using Hola Clarita

• Hola Clarita is a Spanish learning product with lessons, quizzes, review, and AI-assisted practice.
• You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Learning and AI limitations

• Clarita is a learning assistant. AI responses may be imperfect, incomplete, or occasionally wrong.
• The service is not a substitute for professional advice and should not be used for emergencies or sensitive decisions.
• We may change lesson content, review behavior, AI models, and practice features as the product improves.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Free accounts include access to the course with limited monthly AI practice sessions.
• Pro provides 20x more monthly AI credits than Free, subject to abuse-prevention limits.
• Paid billing is handled by Stripe. Prices, trial terms, renewal dates, and taxes are shown during checkout.
• You can manage billing from Account. Downgrades may take effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

Content and ownership

• Hola Clarita, Clarita, course content, interface design, and related materials are owned by the service operator or licensors.
• You keep ownership of text you submit, but you grant us permission to process it to operate, secure, and improve the service.
• Do not submit content that violates rights, contains harmful material, or includes sensitive information you do not want processed by service providers.

Availability and changes

• We aim to provide a reliable learning experience, but the service may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued.
• We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice where required.

Account termination

• You may delete your account from Account where available.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk, or misuse free/pro resources.

Disclaimers and liability

• The service is provided as-is and as-available to the extent permitted by law.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or business opportunities.
