- Learning activity such as lesson progress, quiz attempts, review items, practice attempts, and AI usage counts.
- Billing information handled through Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.
- Technical information such as device/browser details, logs, and approximate usage data needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
- To provide the course, save progress, personalize practice, and generate targeted review.
- To operate AI tutor features, enforce free/pro usage limits, and improve lesson quality.
- To manage subscriptions, billing status, support, fraud prevention, and account security.
- To understand product performance and fix bugs.
AI practice data
- When you use Clarita practice, your lesson context and messages may be sent to our AI provider to generate tutor responses.
- Avoid entering sensitive personal information in practice chats. Hola Clarita is for language learning, not legal, medical, financial, or emergency advice.
Sharing and processors
- We use service providers such as Supabase for authentication/database, Stripe for billing, and AI infrastructure providers for tutor responses.
- We do not sell personal information. We may share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.
Your choices
- You can update your profile, change your password, clear learning progress, manage billing, or delete your account from Account where available.
- You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information, subject to legal and operational limits.
Security and retention
- We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service is perfectly secure.
- We keep information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
